We provide for rent and sale steel lap type flange forms.  This form is our specialty.  They are made using hot rolled 14 gauge steel and using various sizes of steel angles or flat bars for reinforcement.  All of our standard lap type flange forms are made with a 1:12 draft on each side and a 90 degree bend at the bottom flanges, which are 1” wide.  We have pan depths ranging from 24” deep to 8” deep.  Our standard depths are 24”, 20”, 18”, 16”, 14”, 12”, 10”, and 8”.  Our standard lengths are 4’, 3’, 2’, and 1’.  We recommend a minimum lap of 2” on our forms when being installed.  The standard widths are 30”, 53”, and 66”.  Smaller widths of 20”, 15”, and 10” are used as filler pans for special conditions.  All of our lap pan forms include end caps and diaphragms.  End caps should be installed at the end of each pan void with diaphragms being installed at 2 ft centers for all pan forms 16” deep or deeper.  If you see a pan form size not listed here, please contact us.  We can manufacture any size that you might require.  Our inventory is huge and our prices are very competitive.
