at Commercial Forms, Inc., we specialize in
manufacturing a variety of custom steel forms.
One example is our custom steel open top and
bottom dome form. This form is commonly used
to form “block outs” in semiconductor
fabrication facilities as well as other applications.
“Clean Rooms” are one of the best
examples of this application. We have
manufactured these forms from as small as
12” W x 18”D x 30” L to those
much larger such as 48” W x 60”
D x 48” L and weighing about 450 pounds
each. We have provided over 4,000 of
these forms on a single project!
Another customized steel form we manufacture
is our steel dome form. This form
is made using 14 gauge steel and also uses
a variety of angle reinforcement, which
allows the dome to hold its required load.
We have manufactured steel domes as small
as 18” square and 32” deep to
as large as 60” square and 42”
deep. We can manufacture almost any
size dome your application requires.
Other customized products that we manufacture
are custom beam forms, guard rail posts,
and edge forms for pan decks or flat slabs.
We can also help you with steel beam side
forms for re-use on stair or elevator openings.
